Optimizations
In Plesk, Apache optimizations are set in:
/etc/httpd/conf.d/
You'll want to change the settings in the appropriate file for the MPM:
mpm_prefork.conf
mpm_event.conf
(Might be httpd.conf on older Plesk versions)
