Here's where cPanel hides it's config files.
Apache
httpd.conf
Apache includes
EA3: /usr/local/apache/conf/includes/pre_virtualhost_global.conf
EA4: /etc/apache2/conf.d/includes/pre_virtualhost_global.conf
Tweak Settings
Modify Tweak Settings from the command line:
- edit: /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
- Restart the cPanel service
